Try lowering the hood latch. I had to raise mine a tad when I got my Koyo radiator, which creates a little gap like that. The same might be true with an aftermarket hood.

Has your car ever been in an accident? If so then it will be REALLY hard to get it fixed to normal.

That's definitely your bumper. Pull the headlights and see if you can get it to line up right, but that aftermarket bumper might be hard.... Looks like the headlight area lines up fine, but the passenger side of the center section needs to be raised 3/4" or so. That could be tricky, hehe

I agree that it is almost assuredly your bumper. That is one of the major drawbacks of body kit bumpers, they almost NEVER fit right. There's always little gaps and imperfections to drive the owner crazy. I wouldn't be surprised if the first guy to design a lip kit was a perfectionist like myself who couldn't stand body kits and their shitty fitments. Prepare yourself for a battle getting that gap to go away.

Certifit sells and OEM-style bumper cover for about $30-40 an I would say it is pretty good quality. I got mine to line up just as good as any OEM bumper, and it has all the foglight and front lip provisions as well.
