I recently bought a J's racing ITR air duct and J's racing front tow hook from member taiwandiao. When I received the items the front tow hook had paint chip all over the place which was supposed to be brand new. It looked like it was damaged prior to shipping out to me. I called him up and he told me to make a claim with UPS. Also said he bought insurance for it. So, I filed a claim with UPS and they came picked up the package 2 weeks ago. They denied the claim. They returned it to the shipper. Called him up a few days later and he said he got the package back. He'll issue a refund minus shipping. So, I agree. But, where the hell is my refund? I have since called him numerous times, text and PM him also for the last week. His last activity was 11/06/10 at 2:00am here. WTF?

secondly, OP, Taiwandiao claims the refund has been given. so obviously someone is lying here. you guys figure it out, please.

so, i am moving this, deleting any nonsense by people who are not involved in this transaction, and the two of you can hash it out like adults until there is a resolution.
