Default Are these NSXs a good deal?

Sounds great, and I can probably afford it if I fork out another $3000.

What are some of the important features when purchasing a NSX? I heard about this snap ring thingy...what is it?

It all depends. It's hard to tell the history of NSX just by looking at pictures. Second one has a salvage title. Personally, I wouldn't buy a car without looking at it personally and then getting it inspected professionally.

It claims it's only aesthetic vandalism problem.

Check out the NSX FAQ (answers to Frequently Asked Questions), which is located here. Under the Troubleshooting heading, there's a section on the transmission that describes the snap ring problem. Additional information about what to do about it is here.

Beware of any NSX with a price that seems unbelievably low. There's usually a reason for it.
