Default Gauge Lights Broke?

91 Civic Hatch STD

One morning a week or two ago I was leaving for school, and when I turned my lights on, my gauges stayed dark for about 20 seconds, and then they came on when I wasn't paying attention.

Earlier this evening, the were being weird, but I just turned my lights off, and then back on and they worked fine.

Shortly after I turned my lights on, and the gauges never came on. Drove around for a few hours turning the lights on and off periodically and they never came back on.

What happened?

Check to see if your tail lights go off at the same time as the cluster lights as they run off the same fuse. You may have a bad wire near the fuse box.

Is it just you're cluster lights or the all the dash lights? It could be a bad ground connection.

Checked the tail lights, and the fuse already.

Just the lights for the coolant temp, gas, and speed gauges. The center cluster lights all work.
