I HAVE 95 ACCORD 95 PRELUDE DIZZY ON H22A4 CAN I TAKE OUT THE CKP ON THE H22A4 MOTOR SINCE ITS BUILT IN ON THE OBD1 DIZZY

Yes. As long as you have the CKP & TDC sensors wired up from the distributor and the ECU is receiving the signals.

If you want electronic control you would be best to buy a 95 Prelude ECU and add the A17 wire for the secondary runner control (aka Intake air bypass - IAB) or you could hook them up mechanically. That way they run only off vacuum pressure vs an electronic signal. To do this you would hook the vacuum hose from the IAB diaphragm directly to a vacuum port on the upper portion of the intake manifold.

this prob has nothing to do with this thread, but i have a 98 prelude base with a obd1 or obd2 jdm h22a swap and useing the stock obd2 h22a4 ecu. everything has been swaped from for the swap for obd2 but its still not starting turns over but wont start.. all the fuses are good any ideas?
