TCM code 14, what is the FAS wire ?

On a 94 Accord Ex, Vtec, AT trans:

What is the FAS wire? What does FAS stand for? My Honda dealership did not know the answer.

Did you ever figure it out? I've been dealing with a code 14 for 2 years now.. It's driving me nuts..
