Tokico Illuminas -- which setting?

Tokico Illuminas -- which setting?
Just picked up a set of Tokico Illumina struts and H&R Race springs for my '94 Del Sol. The car is going into the shop Monday to have everything installed. Very excited. 
What settings would you guys recommend on the Illuminas, given they're being paired with the H&R Race springs? This car is generally a DD -- but obviously, I don't mind having something of a rough ride.
