Does your test light give you power with the yellow and red wires with the key on?

Also, test for power on both sides of the harness. I've seen pins get jacked up inside of that harness, so I would get power on the car side of the harness on one wire, but no power on the radio side of the harness.

If you have power on both the red and yellow wires, and you have a good ground, then your radio is prob bad, and you need to exchange it.

Nope, sounds like a power issue. Is the clock coming on with the key on?

take your harness on the stereo and connect the red and yellow wire together. put the red and yellow to positive on the battery. put the black wire to negative on battery. the stereo should come on. if not the stereo does not work and check the fuse behind the stereo harness.

if the stereo work. check your car harness for power.
