Default 1990 Honda Civic Low Beams fuse location?,,

hello i hope i am posting in the right category for my 1990 Honda Civic. Recently my low beams shut off while i was driving, occasionally flicking back on simultaneously. I don't think its the bulbs because both right & left come on and go off simultaneously. My high beams work consistently though, so it makes me think it might be a fuse rather than the switch on the steering column or wiring. I would like to put that theory to test by replacing the fuse or fuses that control low beams but i do not have an owners manual or one of those books. Could anyone tell me which fuse box has the low beams fuse (under the hood, or under the drivers side dash panel?). And if possible, which fuse or fuses it is? Thanks for reading.

You don't need a manual, the fuse pannels are labeled.
