okay im doing a y8 swap in my 91 hatch std. I been doing lots of research and found lots of things but still a lil confused.

I no the first main thing i need to do is do the dpfi to mpfi conversion.
Also convert to obd1. Im just using a jumper harness (rywire) but should i just do the mpfi conversion and then just plug the obd1 jumper into the harness and ecu.
im running the p28.

I read since your obd1 u dont need the injector box so u wire the 5 wires into the injectors? is all this right?

ok. there are 2 blk/yel wires that come from ur 2 injectors that are on the dx.std harness. solder those 2 together and from that, add a 3rd wire and run that 3rd wire to the yel/blk wires that come off the inj. plugs and solder them all together. ill draw u up a diagram to explain better

this "diagram" is for obd1 injectors

you also have to run 2 wires for the injector signal wires and 2 wires for the distributor, i think ckp sensor, and switch 2 wires on the ecu theres write ups for all this
