Default Another Koni yellow question (NOOB)

I got a 91 DA with Koni yellows neuspeed race springs combo. As you know the yellows have three grooves and a removable snap ring to adjust ride height. The snap ring in the fronts are easy to remove because the spring is short. Meaning I dont have to remove the whole strut assembly to adjust it.

Now the rears are compressed on the perch seat. I wanna adjust it to the higher seating. Is there a simple way to do this without removing the strut assembly?

Im thinking a spring compressor or something like that. Is that recommend or a no no?

What have you guys done to easily remove the snap ring? Or am I SOL and I have to remove the whole strut?

Unless DA's are different, the front springs should be longer.

My front springs are always captured at full droop, but my ITR rear springs are not. They are slightly loose at full droop.

But yea just remove the shock assembly, put a spring compressor on the springs to remove load from the spring perch, then move the circlip as needed.
