Default Diff between 92-95 and 96-00 Civic springs?

I have always been told that the springs were the same from 92-00, but I see that Tein lists different part numbers for the S-tech.

Is the diff just the spring rates, or are these years not interchangeable?

I ask because there's a set, supposed for 92-95 for sale locally, but they are currently on a 97.

TIA

They're interchangeable and like you said.. only the spring rate is different.
