Just saw some XXR 962 for a good price. Was wondering if anyone has ordered from them.

If so, what are you experiences that you had with their customer service/shipping order.

I've checked out other sites, but they don't sell those XXR 962 for that low of a price or I usually see some around 110+ per wheel w/o shipping.

If anyone has any other site that sells these wheels for $98 a piece or lower, let me know.

If noone has any reviews, I guess i'll just have to call them up to check them out.

PS. I've also googled "discounttires.com review" nothing really good came up. All it was is just a few people posing reply such as "use www.(InsertSiteHere).com they sell tires for way cheap and has fast shipping. Only if they sold the wheels I wanted.

 

There customer service is top notch make sure to buy there insurance for tires.

 

I was just trying to get the wheels. How long did it take for delivery?

 

Ordered a set of 4 tires from them and they showed up 5 days later and they were the wrong size, called Customer service and they sent out the correct size which showed up 5 days later UGH! but they did refund half the cost to my paypal account. So overall I was happy with dealing with them

Yes I also ordered my wheels from them and had no issues haha they actually got here faster then my tires did

 

Alright, I might just check them out then. I'll probably order some new wheels from there then. I'll order some on Monday or Tuesday and see what's up.

 

I hope that you guys realize that the OP is not referring to tires.com which is Discount Tire/America's Tire Co.

The address he provided is a different online tire retailer.

 

Based on my experience, I would NOT advise buying the road hazard warranty for tires. It's a significant expense for a service that I would never have used. Yes, I've had tires fail over the years, but always at a point beyond the period they would have been covered. And most failures are punctures that can be repaired for little to no expense. Also, tires already carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. But it's your choice; just read all the terms and make your own decision.

I bet most of those claiming experience are referring to Discount Tire, America's Tire, or Discount Tire Direct, and not this particular company.

I hope not. I mean I did have the link as the title. Now I might be having doubts about it. Their facebook page showed 2 bad reviews and 1 excellent reviews.

I might just call them and see how their customer service is. If not, i'll just get those 962 off a vendor here in H-T.

 

I ordered my tires (Bridgestone Alenza) through discounttires.com. Received my tires. Very competitive prices! Will do business with them again.

 

I have ordered many tires from them and I live in pa and two days later tires are at my front door. Great customer service only do business with them. No one better

 

I havent had the same plesant experience as the other folks have had. I order my tires last week. I have still yet to receive them. I logged in to see the status of the order and its still being processed?? I sent an email, no response. I called customer service, someone picked up but put me on hold immediately. The hold message was advertising for stretch marks???? Im smelling something fishy, I hope that I am wrong.
