Default this doenst sound good

d15b1 with z6 head valve adjusted, timed. what does this sound like ? im scared lol
doent mind the idle its a code 14 need a new iacv

doesnt it sound like a ping? its higher compression so im running a pr4 ecu

High comp piston's stock valve train did you check the clearance of the valve's and piston's and is it tuned?

didnt check clearance but all the research that i have done says it there isnt anything conflicting with the swap.the cpr was bumped up one point, dont think i need tuning for it

Hmmm still a ping noise mean's a lean running motor that is about to pop soon.It will still drive fine but it is about to pop! Or it can also mean that the piston's are slappin the valves. Take off the head check the valves you can also put a small amount of puddy on the piston top.Put the head on and move the crank pully by hand then take the head off and see if they are making contact.

Thats no ping. Either the valves were not adjusted correctly or its knocking.

best bet is to check ur head and see if anything is out of adjustment.

You'd be having bigger issues than that if your pistons were hitting your valves.
