I have a H22 that was swapped into my SI prelude. Everything runs perfect and no check engine light. My only prblem is that when I full throttle the car, the car will choke once and after that no response? I have my foot on the gas pedal all the way down and the car isnt going anywhere? I cant even hit redline at full throttle. But at 2/4 throttle I can hit redline. Wierd??? and my car also idle high. When the car rolls in neutral the RPM sits at 3000. At a dead stop the car idle is normal at 800rpm.

i already did. New spark plug wires, new spark plugs, oil changed, coolant flush, and tranny flush already.
