Default ls/vtec help please!

Ok here is my problem: I have a ls/vtec in my del sol. Recently got it tuned made 198whp 146tq on crome.
It smokes some of the time, not constantly. It's white smoke with a possible chance of a little blue but not that i can see. Some revs there is bigger amounts of smoke, others not so much. Also some of the times when i'm driving and let off give it gas again it will like bog down. Thats around 1-3500k rpms. The motor is very strong did great on the dyno pulls. 230+compression all the way across. Head gasket is new. I'm just running out of ideas of what it can be, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Heres the set-up:
LS block with b16 P30 pistons
type r intake manifold
throttle body
APEXi VAFC II vtec controller (zeroed out)
benen fuel rail,
310cc accel injectors,
ngk wires,
arp rod bolts/head studs
CTR cams,
skunk 2 cam gears,
skunk 2 valvesprings and retainers
DC header, Type R b pipe, fujitsubo axle back, all exhaust is stainless

Are you losing any coolant?
Do you have any kind of crankcase vent system going on?

Yes I'm going to try that.

I checked the plugs and they were good, no oil or anything on them.
