ef hatch loss power and sounds like puttering

i was driving home and out of no where after im stopped at a light my car starts puttering and feels like it lost atleast half power when i step on the gas, what can this b, help any1?

could be alot of things bro .. best bet is to take your plugs out.. see if any of them are soaked black/fouled .. could have a spark issue... could be a fuel issue, could be a timing issue, could be a headgasket issue. All kinds of stuff to check
