2000 crv rear window washer problem
For a while my rear washer has not been spraying water on the rear window. I've decided to check it out and here is what I found. I disconnected the rear washer hose under the hood to see if the washer motor is pumping, and it comes out with great force. I then reconnected the hose and disconnected the hose at the rear window, no spray came out at the rear of the car. So I'm feeling that the problem is a clog in the hose between the firewall and the rear window. Any suggestions on how to clear the clog. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, but I filled up the reservoir and and powered the rear washer and the liquid which you can see because it travels in a clear hose seems to only travel up to the firewall. I really don't think that it could be a leak. I'm going to shoot some air thru the hose and see what happens.
It's more likely a pinched line somewhere. Following the hose and visually inspecting it is about the only way to find the restriction. Check the easier access points first.
