Default 92 accord motor swap

I looking into getting a F22B dohc motor for my 92 accord and i need to know if i should get a new ecu or if it will work with the stock ecu that is in the car?

Any engine needs its ecu that's made for it so the answer is you need a new ecu for the engine you're planning on putting in it.

H23 would be the best ecu to run it with. Although, a chipped ecu would be better, loaded with an H22 basemap and then get it tuned for the motor.

so a p39 ecu would be a good ecu to use? its for the f22b dohc motor

I look at your FAQ and i didnt see anything about the ecu.

my mistake...i have done 2 of these swaps and each time used the stock ecu for the 90-93 accord....runs perfectly

P39 would be its factory ECU to use, but a P14 ECU will work just as good.
