D16y8 vtec head port and polished plus head is shaved .30
How much hp i would gain with my port and polished head thats shaved .30 and how much hp is a stock is a sohc vtec

Who did the port work? If mostly everything is stock except the head and the headwork is good, I'd expect maybe 5 whp from it. If some joe off the street did the work, i would expect a negative 5 whp honestly. Dyno it and you'll find out.
