Installed mine recently, wondering if anyone followed the OEM guidlines for the gap 8mm latched and 14mm unlatched. How much of a gap do you guys have? I may have to raise my top slightly, when the windows are up all the way they seem to touch the HT a little.

I understand what you mean now, mine touched the windows a little bit on my drivers side but the dealership said the window of my car was out and they adjusted the window..

I would just raise the hardtop a little bit if you are hitting, I would go by looks.. Not MM, that to me is too hard to judge.

 

I didn't think windows can be adjusted inward/outward. I don't want to adjust my windows, the softop won't line up. I guess I should go by looks and raise the top slightly.

I hope you're kidding, I actually fixed my gap problem today. Looks pretty good and even all around.

 

ooooo we're talking about hardtops....
