Default 1988 CRX DX Engine/Tranny swap

Hey honda-tech, I've scoured the internet looking for a real answer to several questions i need answered before I finalize anything. I have a 1988 CRX DX with an auto transmission that I'm looking to swap a B18 and standard tranny into.

Just the other day I found a 1996 Integra with a clean, low km B18B1 with five speed tranny for dirt cheap. Included with the engine + tranny is whatever else I would need for the swap - ECU, harness, axels, mounts etc... But I'm getting contradictory information from my friends about what exactly I could use from the car and what I would need to find somewhere else. So far what I think I would need is:

Engine
Tranny (Its an S80 I believe, dunno if I could use it though)
Shift linkage (I was told I may need a custom one though)
Shift handle + boot
Ecu
Engine harness (need to convert from OBD0 over to OBD2?)
axels (not sure if i could use, apparently need 90-93 integra axels?)
B-series engine mounts (buy online?)
peddle assembly (Either CRX or integra?)

And thats where Im left off, I'm unsure of anything else i can use off this car if I decide to buy it. I've also been told that I would be far better off to wait out for a B18A1 so I wouldn't have to deal with too much wiring, but this is a really good deal so I'm torn between the two. It's a fair ways away and I would prefer to make only one trip out there to grab everything I need off it if I go through with it. Any help you guys can offer me would be much appreciated! Thanks!
