HELP with Turn Signals, I've been working on this for a YEAR!!!
IF anyone thinks they can solve this problem and lives in the Downtown LA area. I can pay you reasonably to fix it.
This is my problem:
Honda Accord 2002 V6
Turn signals don't work
There is no clicking noise or green arrows on inside
The hazards don't work
No clicking or lit triangle on the inside
The outside lights come on,but thats it.
What is wrong with my car? (I've spent 200 bucks on this problem so far and Im ready to scrap the damn thing or trade it more than likely)
What dumb mechanics have tried:
1.Replacing the hazard button/ switch thing (has red triangle on it), that is connected to a fuse
2. Replacing the the turn signal control on the the steering wheel column
3. They checked all the fuses that are located under the steering wheel on the driver's side.

Sounds like a relay issue....
The parts they replaced - were they new or used?
Have you checked to see if voltage is at the turn signal?
Have you looked for any odd grounding/wire issues (frayed/etc)?
etc
*Edit*
If I'm not mistaken the relay for the signals is above/towards the top of the interior fuse box on the driver's side. Probably is just a black box looking thing.

Hi,
All the parts they replaced were new (hazard thing) or refurbished (turn signal switch).
I have no idea hat you mean by the "voltage to turn signals" thing.
The flashers were checked as well.
How much would a relay cost? I've seen this solve a couple of people's similar problem , but their hazards were already working. But I'll give it a shot if this is not too expensive and I can replace that myself.

The turn signal and hazard relay retails for $22.63 from Honda. You might be able to get one cheaper at any auto parts store if they stock it.

The relay is most likely the culprit though
