just bought an 01 accord with 135000 miles. when in park or neutral the idle would surge from about 1000 to 1700, but when in drive it was fine and there was no loss of power or anything, so today i took the iacv off to clean it, i ws told that could be the problem, ....and well the little magnet thing that goes into the black connector was broken into peices, i have noi money to buy a new one till friday, and i reassembled it with about half the magnet on there and put the iacv back on, now the idle surges whether its i park or drive and if left in park the rpms drop and surge in between 6 and 700, SO WITH A NEW IACV THESE PROBLEMS SHOULD BE CURED RIGHT??? if not what else could the problem be, thank you guys soo much
