civic ef rev problem

Icon2 civic ef rev problem

hey need some help.. i have a 90 civic si hatch with a b16 obd1 jumper harness with a p72 ecu..i already changed the injectors and fuel pump because i had a code for fuel supply system...if i hit the gas hard it feels like it chokes, but if im easy on the gas it revs up just fine...any ideas on wat it could b??

Well if you know you have a fuel system problem and you've already replaced the (right) injectors and fuel pump. It could be a bad main relay(not turning fuel pump on/keeping it on), bad fuel pressure at fuel filter (bad washers/would be leaking fuel), and just see if your geting fuel to the rail/injectors and find out where in the lines your problem is at.

yeah I replaced injectors, fuel pump with a walbro 255 n i got like 49psi at the filter.....no leaks no more codes, the car starts n runs fine as long as I dont push the gas too hard soo im not sure wat it could be

its your 02 sensor i promise either get it chipped for no 02 or replace it

fuel supply code just means your cars running to rich or too lean unplug your 02 sensor and see what happens you should feel normal until your cars warmed up and then youll feel how you described i had the same problem

ok it sounds like it could be it...but i dont have anymore codes tho...bt i will try that when i gt home from work and ill let ya know how it goes after i try that...

hey sorry it took me long to reply,bt i tryd wat ya'll said about the o2 n nothing it still the same....is weird bcuz even with a chipped p28 still doing the same....idk wat to do now thanks everyone for the time

dizzy? my buddys car did the same thing think it was his coil? not so sure but i know it was something with the dizzy
