SO... it was a little low on gas but no gas light was on, a couple weeks ago i found out all the oil was gone after a oil change a month prior to my check so i filled it up with high mileage and some lucas oil, just checked again and its only up to the first dot.

but low oil wouldnt be the reason the car isnt starting, would it?

the car cranks over when i try to start it but it just wont start

any input?

It's a 1998 2.2L and it has a quarter tank and I just put new spark plugs in it, still no start but when I pulled the plugs they were white, so Im burning coolant?

 

^^ what poor man said check spark and fuel.... how does it crank normal speed ??

 

just checked...no spark.

i put in new plugs so thats not it, could it be the wires?
possibly a dizzy coil?
