Im running a 85 Prelude with 1.8L Dual Carbs for Drag Racing. Only a Few Mods that were home made, I was able to bring home 2nd Place Tropy. Witnessed by another Honda-Tech Member

First Round My Dial In was 11.450, and the 99 Civic with all sorts of gadgets with a dial in of 10.00 fell against the ole prelude of mine.

Second Round put me against a 98 Civic also with mail order gadgets. He went down to my run of 11.453

Third Round I faced a 91 Civic Hatchback. He ran a good run but fell against the ole 1.8L in my prelude.

Semi Finals, I was against a Mazda and well it just couldnt run his numbers.

Finals Well I broke out with a 11.408 Well cant win them all, His Maxima ran its numbers a little better, and he did great.


Now I shake a finger at all you who say that my 85 Prelude with 1.8L dual Carbs is a waste of time using for Drag.

Not Only Did I take home a Second Place Trophy, I had a FANTASTIC time. And I say to you all, remember why we do this sport, to have fun, oh and to Kick someones *** from time to time.
