since it has a decent intake manifold and header stock...i would say upgrade the exhaust and throw some good cams/springs/retainers in then tune it.

So when the next 10 guys ask the same question tomorrow, we should spoon feed all of them?

My 100% Bonestock ITR engine made 200whp/139TQ with just a header and tuning.

I would reccomend

KiddRACING NARROW B Series (of course im biased cause i make it, but i think its the best)
Get a CROME PRO ECU and have your engine Dyno tuned and see where you stand first.

you can usually pick up 10-15whp just from these simple 2 mods

Best AND cheapest.... gas. Without gas, the car will make 0 hp.

you won't make many friends around here if you're only looking for handouts and not willing to put a little more effort in than asking questions. Have a look at the FAQ's in this section at the top of this page.

the itr manifold and throttle body are great parts....ive made 250+whp on the itr manifold and throttle body. there is other places the money would be better spent on a little 1.8 liter motor. cams and exhaust are great choice....the itr exhaust manifold is great the way it is.....ive made 192whp on a stock b18c with just sk2 stg2 cams with itr exhaust manifold and exhaust...granted if the motor had a better intake manifold and throttle body it probably would have made more top end power but the lower power band would have suffered. peak power is not all that matters

If i had a ITR my first mods would be a hytech header, full 2.5 exhaust, CAI. that would be my first mods.
