USDM ITR seats?
Yeah yeah..Ive been all over the place asking about ITR seats/wheels..sorry.
Anyway, will they fit in an 07 4dr Civic? front/back
Personally, Ive never taken the time to look at the rails. AFAIK, the seats are non-electric, so I can simple swap out the rails with little/no modifications right?
Also, speaking about the backseats while we're at it; will DB8 seats fit?
Im not rich / have buddies that have these
If anyone has some pictures of the brackets with the seat attached/ lower seat shot, id appreciate it

IDK about the rims.
With the seats why don't you go with the SI seats? I know there not the type R seats but they would look good! Plus the Civic seats hug the body better, provided your not a hefty person.
just my .02

i dunno..imo, SI seats look retarded; theyre just regular 07 seats with "SI" stiched on em.
Maybe if you modified them then yes they may fit. I own an Integra and my friend owns an SI and the two platforms look completely different.. and with the wheels, imo they are too small for the civic.. Why don't you try NSX rims? they are a little bigger.. although im not sure how the offset will be like on the SI since NSX rims are much wider than the Type R's
And just park your SI next to the ITR and compare the sizes - you're going to have obvious gaps all around the seats not to mention custom mounting. Really an overall bad idea...
And ITR seats aren't much different than GSR seats, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish.
Not to mention you'll mess up the SRS system in the vehicle (Civic.)
No they're not.........

Im into the ITR seats cause the JDM Recardos are waaaay over used, I see em everywhere. Plus, I really like the feel of the Recardo jersey material on my butt.
I will?
how so?I was planning to get a set of 96 spec rims from my buddy, but theyre 4 lug. Tbh, not really a big fan of 98 spec rims; although they just might fit.
I have a set of USDM ITR wheels, scuffed. wanted to use those, but like you said, they might be too small.
I have a regular Civic EX, sadly

but itr seats are way too small for your car, they will sit low and look just plain goofy.

And if I'm not mistaken those seats have airbags in them on the side - which also is nonexistent in the ITR seats. So you will have a solid SRS light on, which would cause you to fail inspection, and I believe disables the airbags.
As to the 96 spec wheels, they are 4x114.3 (work on Accords/Preludes) so they wouldn't work.
I have an 06' ex and the seats are the same as the SI's minus the materials used. Still black suede style with the red stitching like the R's seats. Plus it's swap out swap in with those AFAIK. If ya really don't like the SI stitching it's on the surface of the black cloth, use a thread razor to take it off.
You'd have too many headaches with the R seats. Muffin man definitely said it best "you won't pass inspection".

Wrong again. I'm a state inspector at my Honda dealership and your car will pass with the SRS light on. You are thinking about the CEL light. If the CEL light is on, car will automatically fail inspection. SRS light doesnt matter.
Wrong. ITR seats only share the same exterior design as GSR seats. I have a 98 ITR and the bolsters and material are completely different. ITR seats somewhat hug you through turns, and have different fabrics.

*edit* For anyone curious
SI Seat - 81527-SVB-A41 (Back) 81537-SVB-A41 (Bottom)
EX Seat - 81527-SVA-A01 (Back) 81537-SVA-A01 (Bottom)
Depends on state, disabled airbags (ie the SRS and/or airbag light) will not let you pass inspection

20. – INSPECT AIR BAG AND AIRBAG READINESS LIGHT FOR:
Any defects in the air bag system noted by the air bag readiness light, or otherwise indicated; or
The air bag has been deployed and has not been replaced (and is not deactivated because of a medical or other exemption and a notice is posted to indicate that it has been deactivated); or
Any part of the air bag system has been removed from the vehicle; or
If the air bag indicator fails to light, or stays on continuously.

Non-Si coupes and non-Si sedans did not share the same front seats. In addition to the different fabrics used for the covers, the non-Si coupe seat has significantly more sholder bolstering, differently-shaped thigh bolsters, and a different headrest vs. the non-Si sedan seat.
Here's where it gets complicated: both the Si coupe and the Si sedan share the same "Si" seat, which is a modified version of the non-Si coupe seat. In addition to the sportier mesh fabric inserts, the Si seat has firmer side bolstering and the thigh bolsters extend all the way to the end of the bottom cushion, vs. the non-Si thigh bolsters which do not extend that far.
The Si seats are very different from your sedan seats.
