Default Aftermarket vs. OEM header gasket

I will be taking off Ebay headers for some upcoming engine work and want to replace the header gasket before reinstalling. I've been told to buy a "header gasket," because a Honda gasket probably won't fit. I have doubt about this.

Won't a OEM Honda gasket do the trick for my aftermarket headers from ebay? I'm just worried about the fit and size of the ports. Can I just buy one on ebay? Won't they all fit as long as its for the correct model?

Any exhaust manifold gasket will work. At least to the heads, anything you can't get a gasket from you can use copper RTV. It's like liquid gasket for your exhaust.
