Default Weird issue with automatic door locks.

Hey guys, listen to this one and let me know what you think could be happening. I hadn't moved my car for a bit and noticed the battery was down. No problem. I boosted it and it fired right up but the automatic door locks weren't working on the remote. I had to use my key to open the doors. The locks themselves were very hard to negotiate with the key. I was actually afraid that my key was going to break off in the lock. Once inside I tried the switch on the drivers door to open and close the locking mechanisms. Notta. I could hear the tumblers trying to go but I couldn't get the doors to lock.
WTF??

anything rusted on inside of door? may need white lithium grease on inside of key and on door opening rods by the actuator, check fuses for autolocks actuator might be bad

Not sure, but I've winterized the car now and won't look into it until spring. Thanks though 94RS I'll check into that.

This. Same has happened on both of my Integras in regards to the key cylinder and rods corroding. If they don't slide smoothly, they jam. WD-40 is my friend for the key cylinder.

I don't think it's a rust issue. There isn't a spot of rust anywhere and the car is garaged.
I think it may be the actuator as 94RS suggested.
