I have a 89 crx si with a d16z6/y8 swap. Hasport wire harness

Hi guys i have a problem with my swap!! I have built a d16z6 and put a y8 head on. I have it in the car with a hasport wireharness to match obd1 with a p28 computer. Now i can start the car but it runs like crap and sounds like it has a huge cam.
Has anyone else had this problem and how can i fix it?
Is it in the timing? Any help would be great i miss driving my car..
