well... i have a 90 ef hatch, i plan to do a b16 swap, i have a zc engine in it right now, im gonna rebuild a b16 and drop it in. So i need this question answered, which would b better, a b16 first generation or second?

how can i tell weather its a 1st gen or 2nd gen, im talking to this guy that is selling just the block that needs to b rebuilt, hes selling it for 40 bucks and i want it lol, well i want a b16 but i want to get something good, and not too familiar with the b-series engines, i had planned to stay with my zc and build on it, but i want a b16 as a side project and one day drop it in
