i did alot of work to my head and now my vtec wont kick in. I have a 2000 civic si b16a2 motor. i can turn vtec on with my scanner which overrides the inputs for vtec. there are 5 things the ecu looks at before engaging vtec. i have all five inputs but still wont work. what i dont get is if i have all 5 inputs why wont it turn on but i can turn it on with the scanner. Maybe i just need a vtec controller?
