So after wanting a DB8 for a long time I finally purchased one (happened to be from a friend). It is pretty much bone stock except for tokico illuminas with skunk2 springs and extended top hats along with an Ebay intake. The body is obviously not perfect, but it will be repainted the color it left the factory as (Stealth Grey Pearl). I figured that I would start another build since my hatch is almost done.

That's my old car... I kinda miss it but that red s13 is mine. I'm thankful I had a friend that could buy it in time for me to get the 240. So fun being its rwd.

 

yessir. updates of valve cover will be up tonight. I decided to paint it wrinkle black from the old color wrinkle red and decided to re-word it to say "DO VTEC", instead of the tradtional OH VTEC

The innovative mounts were traded for stock mounts plus cash. A bit too harsh for a DD car

 

wow it was so much cleaner than it is now. the previous owner after you got in a small fender bender. I plan on making it look mint again

I restored my very own rp24p DB8. I bought from the original owner (55yr old woman). One week after completing the project someone flashed 5300 and I sold it.

Just picked up another rp24p db8 rolling chasis, but this one is ROUGH! Someone gave it a single stage paint job and it's going to be a very expensive fix. Unsure of this ones destiny.

GL with your new purchase. Looks to be a solid foundation.
