Icon2 Somebody HELP ME !!!

I have a 94 hatch wit b18c1 swap. I removed the head to replace piston rings and valves. I reassembled it and now it wont crank. When I turn key On the fuel pump relay clicks on & off a lot very fast, my speedo & rpm gauges fluctuate, and pump does not turn on. It looks like every connector is in its place. I have good batt. voltage, I just dont know where I went wrong PLZZ help me out, if possible. THANX !

Agreed..check grounds, and re-check all connectors.Also...have you checked the engine to see if the crank turns by hand? Not sure specifically about Honda,s(new to these) but in alot of other instances, certain engine sensors MUST be "happy" in order for the ECM to initiate the start-up procedure, including fuel pump...Crankshaft,and camshaft position sensors immediately come to mind. This could merely be a case of dirty battery terminals however.

PS.good battery voltage doesent necessairily mean its good...its the amperage that counts.
