no sorry i was i could.ok it only right at 3k ad shuts up at 3100.ok at first i had a crank pulley with like an icnh long chuck taken out of it,so i changed it to a ctr pulley fyi(i dont want to hear about how it sucks nut it just now it really dont make the loud clacking sound that much.i thought it could have been the crank pulley throwing the bottom end out of balnce.like i said it didnt shut the noise up just queited down.well i been doing lots of searching and came up with the LMA being bad.

to be honest it does sound alot like the timing belt is slaping the lower cover but its not.(trying to give u a good idea of what it sounds like.)

e a valve adj. having the b16,all my feeler guages are in my tool box which is some where in cali.now that u said something ill prob do that tomrrow.
if it aint the LMA then i think it may be a rod bearing spun out out of place, but even then it SHOULD make the nosie during warm up and it dont.

its hard to admit to myself its a spun bearing!!!!!!!!!!!
