obviously the $1,500, $2,000 and $2,990 were fake numbers...if you missed that well......
I guess I should have asked whats the lowest he'd take...but I didn't realize that someone would actually think $1,500 was a serious offer.
as far as many questions? really? I haven't asked anything that any other poster on this board doesn't include with their original description. You might as well post that he is selling a silver honda.
1. what trim is the car.
2. how many miles on the shell and the swap(year of the swap too)
3. how long since the swap was done.
4. is the swap legit...or did it come out of a stolen GSR...I notice you still haven't said it was legit or that there are papers.
5. is there any bogging, knocking, rough idle etc...you know does the car actually run.
6. is the car street legal(has a cat)
7. any slipping of the clutch(let's be honest something like this was most likely abused)
8. tires(kinda important since we are about to get snow dontcha think? noone likes to drive on Azenis in the winter)
9. inspection and whether or not it will pass it
10. zipcode where the car is located
Again, stuff like this always gets included in the original description when the car is swapped. This isn't autotrader, you aren't limited in characters.
Honestly, the fact that the car hasn't been sold yet and that you still haven't reassured everyone that the motor is legit(something any person on honda-tech would have done at the first hint that someone thinks the motor is stolen) should make people nervous.
As far as calling to get these questions answered...I would have, if you pmed me back telling me to do that instead of ignoring the pm altogether. But now, I think it's better if you answer these questions publicly.
And if I haven't made it clear(hey you actually thought that $1,500 was a serious offer)...the part on whether or not you stole someone's car to get your hands on the motor is kinda important.

does your "friend" actually exist? or did you just make him up in order to have someone to blame later when the buyer finds out they bought a car with a stolen motor?

2. you say it's your friend's number, but in that old post you claimed it was yours. I'll leave it up to everyone else to decide whether it's suspicious that you both share the same number or whether to trust your "it's not my number, honest!"
3. you still have not provided any proof that the motor is legit...the value of your word is $0.
4. you are deflecting, this isn't about me...it's about you trying to sell what looks to be stolen property and acting very suspicious about it(the whole my friend thing).
5. do you or don't you have documents proving that you actually bought the swap?
p.s. I'm no longer interested in the car, so I don't really care one way or another...just trying to help other HTers make their decision...and knowing whether or not you are buying stolen property is kinda important.
Like I said the owner # is there call him or text him easy as said helpn a friend and I c u have 0 post I hope ur the the same guy above just tryin to start more bull
This right here is why it's so frustrating to buy a Honda nowadays. I can't count how many times I emailed or texted someone about their car to have them respond in broken ghetto slang or some sort of abbreviation that makes no sense whatsoever. Not to mention I always have to ask the same questions.... Hows the clutch and tires, how many miles, is it smog legal, is it salvaged... and why is there only one picture taken from 20 feet away tilted 45 degrees sidways??!?!
It seems like the Honda world has been taken over by young ghetto kids that have no pride in their cars, nor do they even understand the concept of maintenance. Everything is salvaged, stolen, or abused. No one takes the time to give any background on their cars, it's just mad tyte jdm yo.
The OP sounds like a total piece of raging ****, and I can assure you the motor is stolen, as well as half the other parts on this car. ****, it's probably parts from one of MY TWO stolen Hondas. Obviously a liar and a thief, and can't even be honest about his own phone number. I would love nothing more than to actually meet the OP face to face and break his jaw when he tried to act E-Thug in person.
Selling your "friend's" car my a$$

Something tells me that other guy couldn't give two ***** about your car/thread anymore, considering you told him to go to a dealer if he has questions that I would consider routine for a car sale.
I am actually a different person, just someone who may have been interested in giving your friend some money for his car.
Just let him know he won't be able to sell because his friend acted like a clown while posting it on HT, he'll understand.
