i am using the stage 5 comp clutch with a f1 racing 12lb flywheel. after i istalled the clutch and pressure plate it looks like their is no enought room for the clutch to disengage. the motor and the tranny ar out of the car i dont want to take the risk of putting them in and taking them out. one of my friends said that comp. clutches can only be used with a comp or stock flywheel nothing eals. is that true?

it looks you have to get the flywheel to a machine shop and resurface it .50mm just were the disc goes...

 

Its a brand new flywheel. i dont think im suppose to change anything on it
