Default D16A9 Electrical problem?

My D16A9 does not crank over, the starter doesnt make a noise, the fuel pump engages though.
On to the problem :

I crank the key over and on the dashlight my right+left blinker light and foglight are glowing, but the lights on the outside are not on.
This is just when i crank the key over to start it.

I push startet the car and i fired up, but the dashlight blinkers and foglight was glowing.

Any hints or tips?? Need the car as daily driver right now.

hmm 25 views & no replies! Short possibly? loose ground connection? Double check on connections on your starter & lights Im not to good with electrical issues, but these are the things I would check first.
