Need help with 26 inch tall for s300

Doing a few street tune on the s300 and I notice when doing a pull in 3rd gear
The Hondata think it's in 4th gear. I'm running the 275 50 15 tires. How to fix this problem or is it okay like that

I don't have this issue on the 26" tire in my crx. Datalogas show correct gears for me

I have my gearing setting on gsr spec...I try different tranny settings and still the same. I'm running a gsr tranny
