Default 5th gen overheating and now idle issues.

Ok, so recently I have been having a overheating issue. I removed the im butterfly spacer and filled the two ports on the im with Honda bond and jb weld. I have blown the hose that goes to the air control valve, picture #7 due to no hose clamps, but yesterday the #8 hose split. I don't know if this is related to the im butterfly spacer removal or if its due to the filling of the ports on the im? I know the hoses sit almost on top of the im now because of the spacer removal, so that was also a thought. As of today I also pulled the code p0505 which i dont understand because i just cleaned my fitv and my iacv throughly and had a perfect idle until now. i replaced the tb gasket, the im gasket, checked for vac leaks, nada... I'm starting to think its related to removing the im butterfly spacer, or filling the ports, I dont know. Its really starting to bug the **** outta me. I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but any info would be greatly appreciated. Now for the pics of the hoses and the ports I filled are circled in red. thanks for any help.
