SUSPENSION PROBLEM
Check your ball joints. rack and pinion, or maybe even something in the steering column? My old accord used to shake pretty bad when i would get into higher speeds. Changed some bushings and ball joint, upper control arm, end of that noise, Dont quote me on it though, that may not be your issue
Yeah when you jack your car up, try and shake the wheel like top to bottom, idk its hard to explain, try and make it like your making camber on your car with your hands? haha idk if theres play in that then you know it can be one of those things, your wheel should only go left and right not up and down lol

uh, my friends old car shook like crazy and we could never ever figure it out.
Is this a new issue that showed up when you lowerd your car? Did you have it aligned?
As he said, check your ball joints and tie rods. Its doesnt cost all that much to replace them, really. They can make quite a difference.
