Best handheld diagnostic tool for 99 2.3cl
Anyone have any experience with these? I am looking for the best/cheapest one.
Any brand names and models would be much appreciated!

if you mean obd2 scan tools, the Innova 3130 is pretty good. i have one. it reads and clears codes and displays live data, and some other stuff. it's usually all you need to diagnose most problems.
