mpfi swap!! code 4 and code 16!!
I just put in my 94 Ex intake manifold on my 90 Civic Dx and my ecu reads code 4 for the crank angle sensor and code 16 for the injectors.
Any assistance out there. My car starts up but it runs real sluggish because the idle is really low.
Desperate for some answers because it is driving me nuts!!!! Help!!!

Are you still using your dx dizzy and ecu? If so there's one of your problems. Im currently trying to get my car started and I know how much of a bit#h this is
I'm running a Si dizzy but had to use the dx plug because I didn't have the Si plug in. So, I spliced the 5 wires to the dx plug in and left the 2 blue ones out for a straight splice to the ecu. Still, getting problems. Don't know what to do.
Have you checked to see if you PGM-FI main relay is going out? I got that code for the fuel injectors month's ago and that what was wrong with mine.
Wait a minute, the the two wires, (blue/yellow and blue /green), aren't hooked up? Dude, that's your problem. Get those wired up.

they are hooked. they are running straight to the ecu. I just tried my car again and still the same. code 4 and code 16. I wonder if my dizzy's bad?
try switching the b/g and b/y wires chance that the got switced around ......Injectors that could be from bad injector resistor box....bad ground wires on injectors.....lots of things......
low idle check your timing......ajust the t/p screw ......I did this whole shin-dig about 2 weeks ago...I still have lots of problems......mine with the vss, and somtims an electrical overload......
