use the cams that will help in the rev range you want the power in, whatever suits your driving taste.
itbs work well with aggressive cams, but without head work your going to be restricted by that. everything needs to work as a system, i would personally save up for headwork so you can match everything up with the itbs and whichever cam you decide to run. running a mild cam probably won't get you very much change i guess i would suggest the blox b between those two.

Jun 3 or toda B would probably be a kick *** cam for that setup unless you got the head ported out. If you get the head ported you can go with a lot larger cam.

Well aren't the blox b's almost alike as the skunk 2 stage 2? Na I don't have a ported head yett .
Any1 think the hsl cams r good for the setupp ? Another option was to wait for skunk2's swapmeet event they r having ..

skunk2s tuner2's are a junIII copys..

first off all tuner series primary lobes are stockish.. and when vtec kicks on ya, it kicked in y0.. the pro series was design to get rid of this feeling

if your going to use a cam. Use a pro series, or a custom grind of some sort.

yeahh thats what iam trying to avoid some " stockishh aftermarket cams " i want some Agressive cams that will make power , since my goal is 220-230whp tops.. also picking up supertech valvetrain..p&p head along the way...etc
but yeah haha " when vtec kicks on ya, it kicked in y0 "

Your Stock R cams are good (daily driven)
My B20Vtec did run 109mph in my 2550 pounds integra.
But i love the TODA B X2
The cams that bring the biggest torque, and RELIABLE...
