Bought the car approx 5 years ago.
Day 1 new radiator & cap, leaked at the hose.
Put a new hose on, still leaked,
cut hose shorter and put back on after years, of stupid leaks.

Always appers on top of the cooling fan.

This spring I put another radiator in after finding out there was a hireline crack in the upper neck radiator.

Again replaced the hose again and still leaked. I even threw out the new cap that came with the radiator and replaced it with a new Honda OEM cap.

Guess What?

Yep, still leaks.

Any suggestions or advise.

are u replacing the radiator with an oem one each time? if so, make sure u are not tightening that clamp on the upper radiator hose too tight and cracking that plastic neck on the radiator each time.

 

Also, the OEM clamps are better than the aftermarket worm clamps.
