ruined MC?
Did my bushings over the weekend and had to disconnect the rear calipers, when i put it all back together and fully bleed the brakes (drip bleeding then re bleeding) the pedal is fine but about 2 inches further down in travel, did i mess up the mc somehow, did bleed enough, any other thoughts. The brakesw have always felt really nice, full braking at about 3/4 travel, but you could feel then about 1/4 travel working.
Now pedal almost bottoms out and will if i really press on them. With engine off it will build full pressure and acts normal. Also no leaks anywhere i can see...
Setup:
92 civic dx
D16z6
Del sol vtec brakes all around (samre size as teg)
13/16" mc and booster
40/40 prop valve

Sounds like you have air in the lines still. Double check for leaks especially around the master cylinder under the dash. Try rebleeding all 4 corners so you know you got all the air out. If no luck your mc may have crapped on you.
Gravity bleeding wont really get all the air out of the system, your best bet is to get a friend and do it the old fashoned way. If your master went completely dry, you might want to bench bleed it to be safe before you go and replace it. Thats if re bleeding the entire system doesnt fix your problem.
i did that gravity bleed, then did it the old fashion way, never knew that it didn't really help. good to know.
i was really hoping no one was gunna say bench bleed, it never went OUT of fluid since it has that little floater thing in there, but i guess it might have
