my hadights wont turn on just my binghts like i can turn the switch and everything comes on but it says on brights it wont click to my other ones i checked my fuses they are fine its got some aftermarket headlight halo housing crap on it help!

 

I had a similar issue with my headlights when I first bought my car, it had some cheap ebay headlights on it and the previous owner wired them wrong. Check your wiring.
