Default 1991 CRX tuning questions

Ok. I have a 1991 CRX HF. It's got a DOHC ZC motor in it. The car was put together by my brother in law from stock. All I know is the engine, and it's a 14b(?) tubro setup. It's already chipped and running 9 pounds of boost. The previous ZC locked up about 2 years ago and after getting my lazy brother in law to finally finish the swap, I thought I was good to go. Well, after a week of driving, it stalled out on me on the way home from work.

It would run about 5-10 minutes and then die. Well, it seems to be flooding out and it's running VERY rich. He surmised that it must be because the new swapped motor wasn't tuned to the cpu. It starts right up(even after sitting for the last year) and will run at idle for about 15 minutes before surging.

Now, how would I go about tuning this thing myself? I have a wide band 02 sensor, laptop and that's about it. What else would I need and how hard will this be for me to do? I'm not great with cars but you gotta learn sometime, right?

I can take pictures or video if that helps at all. It would be nice to find a shop around here but apparently nobody in the Memphis area does CRX's. Thanks for any help you can provide. Any more information you need about my car will be handled as soon as I can get the info.

Thanks a lot. I'm hoping that this link makes it quite easy for me. I know pretty much nothing about this stuff but it's quite frustrating having a car that runs but doesn't run well. Especially when you can have a shop like TKO around and yet they can't fix it.

Well i'm going to state the obvious here but if you don't know that much about cars or how they work/ operate I wouldn't try to start learning by tuning a car with a good amount of money in it. There is alot you're going to need to understand that you just aren't going to know. Please please do yourself a favor and search a little outside your area and look at towing your car to a reputable tuner. You will seriously thank yourself in the long run. If there is someone who was willing to openly share everything they know about tuning on here they honestly wouldnt be to smart cause they're just taking money out of their own pocket.

Thanks for the input. I'm not trying to be stubborn or anything but would the Greddy E-Manage tool work? I found one on Ebay with harness and all. I already have a wide band sensor and laptop. There's not a lot of money in this car, really all I have put into it is the motor (700). I want to get this car going but I don't have a big budget to tow it around and then get charged out the wazoo for tuning.

Heck, I might even be able to contact my brother in law and have him do it if I just knew what tools I would need. He's the one that chipped the pcu and tuned it before so I wish I could get ahold of him. Truth be told, if I can't get this done for $600 or less, I'd rather just sell it and get something else.

Thanks for any more advice you can give or anything.
